IMMP1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMMP1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,247 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IMMP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAB1, EIF4A2, and LINC01893. Each is linked with IMMP1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMMP1L-to-partner and partner-to-IMMP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IMMP1L versus GAB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMMP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMMP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
