ILK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, SNRPGP6, and RNU6-1067P. Each is linked with ILK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILK-to-partner and partner-to-ILK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by ILK-low versus ILK-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
