ILF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,469 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMSAP1, PRRC2B, and DNMT1. Each is linked with ILF3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF3-to-partner and partner-to-ILF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILF3 versus CAMSAP1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
