ILF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,456 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGIF2, CHD6, and SMARCA4. Each is linked with ILF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF3-to-partner and partner-to-ILF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILF3 versus TGIF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
