ILF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSRP1, CHEK1, and MRPL39. Each is linked with ILF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF3-to-partner and partner-to-ILF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSRP1 grouped by ILF3-low versus ILF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
