ILF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ILF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 667 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARD6A, NUP98, and TTK. Each is linked with ILF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF3-to-partner and partner-to-ILF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARD6A grouped by ILF3-low versus ILF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
