ILF2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,452 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPB, MAGI1, and TOP2B. Each is linked with ILF2P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF2P1-to-partner and partner-to-ILF2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILF2P1 versus CEBPB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
