ILF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, CACYBP, and CDC73. Each is linked with ILF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF2-to-partner and partner-to-ILF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILF2 versus IPO9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
