ILF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,285 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX, FCGR2A, and QTRT1. Each is linked with ILF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILF2-to-partner and partner-to-ILF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILF2 versus GLRX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
