ILDR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILDR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,177 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILDR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, PRKD1_S249, and DIP2C_S89. Each is linked with ILDR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILDR2-to-partner and partner-to-ILDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ILDR2 versus DPYSL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
