Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL9RP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IL9RP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IL9RP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL9RP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

COAD, LIHC, and THYM are the cancer types where IL9RP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
