Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL9RP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,338 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL9RP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, Methylation, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with IL9RP2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL9RP2-to-partner and partner-to-IL9RP2 results are reported.
