The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IL9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where IL9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
