Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN1, CXCL14, and RPL6. Each is linked with IL9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL9-to-partner and partner-to-IL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL9 versus PTPN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
