Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,737 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acylation, Protein acetylation, and Peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with IL9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL9-to-partner and partner-to-IL9 results are reported.
