Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHNAK2, DGKG, and UHRF1BP1L. Each is linked with IL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL9-to-partner and partner-to-IL9 results are reported.
