Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher IL7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where IL7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
