IL7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,838 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFI35, CASP1, and CD74. Each is linked with IL7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7-to-partner and partner-to-IL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL7 versus IFI35 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
