IL7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,255 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100P, CCL17, and SNRPB. Each is linked with IL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7-to-partner and partner-to-IL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL7 versus S100P in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
