IL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with IL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7-to-partner and partner-to-IL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by IL7-low versus IL7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
