IL7

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,201 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL7 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7-to-partner and partner-to-IL7 results are reported.
