IL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with IL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL6-to-partner and partner-to-IL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by IL6-low versus IL6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
