IL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,747 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN1, NNMT, and SOCS3. Each is linked with IL6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL6-to-partner and partner-to-IL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL6 versus CCN1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
