Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL5RA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL5RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, Cyclin-B1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with IL5RA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL5RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL5RA results are reported.
