IL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p38-MAPK, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with IL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL5-to-partner and partner-to-IL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by IL5-low versus IL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
