Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL36RN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL36RN data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IL36RN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL36RN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where IL36RN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
