Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL32 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL32 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IL32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and KIRP are the cancer types where IL32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
