IL32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, RN7SL822P, and MRPL17. Each is linked with IL32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL32-to-partner and partner-to-IL32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by IL32-low versus IL32-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL32→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
