IL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin and PDCD4. Each is linked with IL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL3-to-partner and partner-to-IL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Stathmin grouped by IL3-low versus IL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
