IL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPTAB, COL6A5, and CHL1. Each is linked with IL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL3-to-partner and partner-to-IL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPTAB grouped by IL3-low versus IL3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
