IL2RG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL2RG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,103 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2RG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB7, ARHGAP25, and ARHGAP25_S488. Each is linked with IL2RG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2RG-to-partner and partner-to-IL2RG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL2RG versus PSMB7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2RG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2RG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
