IL2RG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL2RG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2RG-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with IL2RG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2RG-to-partner and partner-to-IL2RG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by IL2RG-low versus IL2RG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2RG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2RG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
