IL2RG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL2RG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,406 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2RG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Basement membrane disassembly, Regulation of type III interferon production, and Interleukin-2-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL2RG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2RG-to-partner and partner-to-IL2RG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Basement membrane disassembly grouped by IL2RG-low versus IL2RG-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2RG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2RG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
