IL26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Ku80. Each is linked with IL26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL26-to-partner and partner-to-IL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by IL26-low versus IL26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
