Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL25 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher IL25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where IL25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
