Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 226 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metanephric tubule formation, Metanephric nephron tubule formation, and G protein-coupled receptor internalization. Each is linked with IL25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL25-to-partner and partner-to-IL25 results are reported.
