The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher IL24 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and UCEC are the cancer types where IL24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
