Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL22RA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 225 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL22RA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Platelet activation, Regulation of hemoglobin biosynthetic process, and Establishment or maintenance of transmembrane electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with IL22RA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL22RA2-to-partner and partner-to-IL22RA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Platelet activation grouped by IL22RA2-low versus IL22RA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
