IL21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SKAP2, and FYB1. Each is linked with IL21 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21-to-partner and partner-to-IL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL21 versus SASH3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
