IL21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,918 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM245, TFDP2, and ZNF236. Each is linked with IL21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21-to-partner and partner-to-IL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL21 versus TMEM245 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
