IL21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B10P, RPL34P3, and NIPA2P5. Each is linked with IL21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21-to-partner and partner-to-IL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B10P grouped by IL21-low versus IL21-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
