IL21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP7B, CHD9, and NCOR2. Each is linked with IL21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21-to-partner and partner-to-IL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP7B grouped by IL21-low versus IL21-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
