IL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,528 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAT1, CD40LG, and CCR4. Each is linked with IL2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2-to-partner and partner-to-IL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL2 versus TRAT1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
