IL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,115 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP1, WAS, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with IL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2-to-partner and partner-to-IL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL2 versus LCP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
