IL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL18, ABCB4, and OSBPL6. Each is linked with IL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2-to-partner and partner-to-IL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXL18 grouped by IL2-low versus IL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
