IL1RL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1RL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, MEK1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with IL1RL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RL2-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by IL1RL2-low versus IL1RL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1RL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1RL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
