IL1RL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1RL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 220 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM60, RAD23B, and OSM. Each is linked with IL1RL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RL2-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM60 grouped by IL1RL2-low versus IL1RL2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1RL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1RL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
