IL1RL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1RL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPA3, CAVIN1, and CMA1. Each is linked with IL1RL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RL1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL1RL1 versus CPA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1RL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1RL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
