IL1RL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1RL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MASTL, KIF23, and SKA1. Each is linked with IL1RL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RL1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MASTL grouped by IL1RL1-low versus IL1RL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1RL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1RL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
