Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1RL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,258 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction organization, Positive regulation of transmission of nerve impulse, and Transposable element silencing by piRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with IL1RL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RL1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RL1 results are reported.
